Verviers, ready to build the future

A land of opportunity

Verviers is now entering a new phase in its urban development. The city centre has undergone a profound transformation in recent years thanks to major public investment in infrastructure. These achievements now provide a solid foundation for new projects and ambitious partnerships.

At MIPIM 2026, the City of Verviers is sending a clear message : the framework is in place, the momentum is building, and the opportunities are real.
