Completed projects
Verviers Ville Conviviale (2019–2025)
A flagship urban regeneration project, Verviers Ville Conviviale has enabled the complete redevelopment of the roads and public spaces in the city centre, covering an area of almost 40,000 m². Focusing on conviviality, soft mobility and accessibility, this €20.4 million project, co-financed by European ERDF funds, has profoundly renewed the image and uses of the city centre. The Place Verte and Place du Martyr have been redesigned to host events.
New municipal swimming pool
The project aimed to completely renovate the swimming pool and bring it up to technical standards, with a budget of just over €11 million.
The public spaces have been completely redesigned, with particular attention paid to accessibility. The installation of innovative equipment improves energy performance and reduces the carbon footprint.
The project has restored the image of this iconic building, in harmony with the urban renewal of Verviers.
